Jem will present a program of projected films for live music, EVENING’S CIVIL TWILIGHT IN EMPIRES OF TIN, at the Viennale
(Vienna Film Festival) on Nov.1st. He will be joined for the project by Vic Chesnutt, members of Silver Mt. Zion, Guy Picciotto, T.Griffin and Catherine McRae.
A dvd of this show is currently in the works.

Jem co-produced the new Vic Chesnutt record, “North Star Deserter,” now out on Constellation records.
Vic is backed by members of Silver Mt. Zion, Godspeed You Black Emperor!, and HangedUp, as well as Guy Picciotto from Fugazi, Chad Jones, Nadia Moss, and T.Griffin.
